Started off really poorly, training was absolutely terrible until I met Gary Butler. Once I started finally catching on to the job I began to appreciate several members of the team and my sales team that I work with

Shawn you can tell really cares about the company and is invested in it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How they push to get everyone in the company invested and involved in the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The situation is abnormal, but with how new I am I have ramp pay, but I have one of the best teams in the company. So they are taking away my accounts that would have given me incredible commissions, and aren't compensating me with an appropriate ramp due to lack of History.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I would have to say Gary Butler because he is one of the most knowledgeable people I've met in the company, he's willing to help me whenever I needed. He was much better than the trainer or anyone the trainer recommended. Be honest he should have been the trainer with his knowledge and experience
