I has been great up untill the Vivint merger. Since then it has been a hostile work enviorment fellow employees have quit . I don't feel that I am welcome to work for SunRun anymore. I am constantly worried of being let go . I don't trust anyone that I work with. I definitly don't trustmy Manager

For the past two years there has been a toxic work enviorment at my Branch. I have kept my chin up and tolerated the situation and encourage a couple of coworkers to do the same

Current pay and benifits and the company vechile

Past branch Management was a bully and threatened employees. Corporate management is great.

Its the work that I do meeting customers and the AHJ's. Every day

There isn't anything. It has been Negative since the vivnt merger and New Manager .in our branch.

The leadership constantly updates the employee's of any changes happeningwithin our company . They communicate well .
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting the new customers and helping them understand what we doan explaining the process aswell as the systems
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Previous branch manager created a toxic work enviorment. He has recently been demoted and transfered . Some of the toxic enviorment still exists.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworks don't have the same qauity standards that I put in to my work. They don't like me because of that. And express their dislike of me because of that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The licensed electricians on my team commuicate well. And understand our every day situations that arise . The office personel only understand numbers and don't understand what it takes in the field to make the number work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager does not appreciate me as a individual and what I complete as a individual. Other individuals within my teamor group are paid the same as I am. And don't have the same required Licensing as I am required to have to do my job.
