I appreciate the opportunity and that you genuinely don't discriminate when hiring. You give people a chance. But the pay is simply not livable, I significantly cut into my savings each month. A job should be able to pay my basic bills.

They are nice people but I work from home so don't know them as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The front line people in operations are paid poorly, I can't even pay my monthly bills. It isn't just sales that makes this company run. If I don't get transferred to a better paying position, I will leave Sunrun within 6 months for a company that understands the value I add to this company.
