I believe the company culture has changed in the 2 years I have been here-for the worst. It is less customer based and more of the "all about me" mentality

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The culture that has been created here is not good. It is a culture of "every man for himself". There is preferential treatment, ignoring people breaking the rules, and just an overall attitude that anything goes and there are no repercussions if you break the rules. There are few "Leaders".
