It was good until the new new DSM took over. He has ran the moral of our group into the ground.

I am not paid at the rate relative to to work that I am completing daily.

My manager keeps putting more responsibilities on me that I am not being compensated for. The training is inadequate.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting new people, the customers as well as the work that I am currently doing. I am happy with my current position.
