It's a good company to work for. I think there are plenty of areas where the company can improve, but overall it's a good place to be.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The leadership in Ops and Powerhouse is weak. The culture is corrosive. My inputs are because I work in a different team that regularly interfaces with PH. There are a lot of egos in the upper levels of ops leadership and the ground level workers are disengaged with them.

I feel as though I am viewed as a pesky or annoying non-player, when in reality, my team was created to solve a glaring company problem.

I am generating value by shaping decisions at the director level and above. I get paid 78,000 annually. Most people I interface with each day make 2x what I make
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The Powerhouse leadership team (Patrick Kent and Courtney Gooch) seem to be very out-of-touch with the members of their organization, but at the same time seem very sure of the things they think are good ideas. This seems to have created a culture where negative feedback is not welcome.
