While my experience has been ideal, I cannot say the same for others. This place offers great opportunities to those who are willing to go the distance, but we are all too often removing individuals who are key to achieving the A+ level execution. We need people who know their business.

Working with our internal teams to achieve our goals. I am motivated to improve their day, and in turn for them to do so to others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fast paced environment can be challenging, but ultimately fun. Every day offers a new opportunity to lend your subject matter expertise, and assistance to your teams.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Open minded discussion about the best ways to achieve our goals. Very little pessimism or "Who cares, what's the point.." attitude. We have a clear mission, and the right people to achieve it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It feels as if we are building a "lifestyle" image, when we are somewhat of a service provider. The mission of electrification is spot on, but understanding what we all do here could be improved.
