My role is too competitive and you never feel secure. You always start at 0 at the beginning of every month. It feels like that Ancient Greek story about a man rolling a boulder up a hill only for it to roll back down when he gets it to the top and he needs to do it all over again.

Unfortunately my role can be very competitive and is results oriented. When working with coworkers I can actually make less money. I can get distracted by my coworkers.
