The most positive would be we all care about our customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work with my team and help customers get the chance to get "run by the sun".
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like family! We ALL work together and help each other out! We all go the extra mile for each other!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel if we weren't all getting paid the same amount hourly that would change, getting paid for what our market is stating we should get paid, isnt right.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team ( my manager) is amazing, he is always making sure his team is good to go and if we need any help! He is always reminding us of the daily/weekly tasks that are needed to get completed, which is huge!!
