They are trying to be work life balance but I don't agree with how the PTO/Sick time is in the same bucket of time. So I feel like if I'm ever sick I have to make up for the time I was sick and that is stressful. I shouldn't have to lose out on vacation and recharging because I had to use it sick.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least a way to growth in a small amount for the hourly wage. There are certain times of the year where we can't schedule as much installs due to the weather in the state getting in the way and therefore the CX Pro takes the hit and compensation gets low. This should be a thought for the leaders.
