Making a plan of execution when they change the entire organization, or stick with an organization for more than one year so issues in the current system can be resolved, rather than creating another at whim org structure with all new problems.

There is very little in clear role definitions and the position keeps changing at whim. It always feels like we are about to be let go due to poor management.
