Money. The higher the compensation the better.

My sales team is very supportive of each other. We like hanging out with each other.

What makes you most happy at work?
When a lead is pre-qualified, confirmed, and the utility is already sent the day before. I get to prepare in advance for my appointment and go close the sales.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My sales team has synergy. We support, train, and help each other. We desperately need the CX Pro to start copying the FSC on all communications with our customers, since we are responsible for the long term relationship to earn their trust and referrals.
