Helping and resolving complex issues for customers that feel they were over looked and not taken care of

They are helpful and try to make you succeed. They care about you, they laugh joke, and make the job bearible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount offered and the amount listed on the pay did not align. I wanted to negotiate and didn't. The job is salary but is much more then 40 hours a week so taking the lower salary not knowing the job fully and working more then 40 hours is much less in compensation then i expected.
