It was great before the Vivint buyout. Then the company started going downhill after that. Just look at the stock price 3 years ago it was trading at $90 a share now its at $13

The part where I know I put in an honest days work knowing I am being compensated for an honest days work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we care, we drive the business daily, and I am talking about the ones I interact with daily in person (not by chat)
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Executive Leadership, We use to feel like we mattered as employee's, that we had a voice. Now we feel like we are just our employee number. The Executive Leadership needs to be revamped, the company is failing because of the Executive Leadership, closing branches it's because of failed leadership.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Running a company, stop surrounding themselves with yes people. You have so many dedicated employee's myself included and we have made Sunrun our career choice and we get let go. The excuse giving is this is just business, no it's poor leadership, it's implosive thinking just stop grasping at straws
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Failed Executive Leadership, watch the videos they put out listen to the meetings it's all lies. If you want to make change start at the very top work your way down.If the company was in a great place they wouldn't be closing branches they wouldn't have laid off over a 1000 people.
