I have experienced a lot of personal and professional growth. I have been successful at working my way up and earning promotions. I feel that there is even more room for promoting and learning and plan to stay with the company for as long as possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
My peer team and my personal team. I love the comradery, the teamwork, the friendships and the personal growth from my time here.

I appreciate that my personal performance is valued and evaluated each year and that I have the opportunity to continue to make more and be rewarded for my efforts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate and each one pulls their own weight, for the most part. We share ideas and help each other to be our best and try new ways of approaching the same task.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fun incentives that push us to reach our goals and be rewarded. The ability to earn and give rewards for a job well done. Dept parties outside of work at least twice a year to bond and interact face to face.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They set clear goals, give us the tools to achieve them, and coacy us along the way to make sure we know how to do our jobs to the best of our ability. I love the growth I have experienced from the mentoring and challenges given to me my by leaders.
