There are no opportunities for advancement in my department, so I have to either look at another department or another company if I want to grow.

Despite being told things would change, there are no advancement opportunities in my department. I'm also always nervous that I will be laid off because there are RIFs every couple of months.

I really appreciate how reasonably priced our health benefits are!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how inclusive the company is overall, diversity appears to be valued.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers and others in the solar industry have a very negative view of the company, it is concerning.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no accountability or metrics that my coworkers are held to. There are constant mistakes and no effort to learn, but they still working and being given new opportunities to grow.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no improvement path with individuals on my team that would encourage them to be better. Having some teammates who do so little, while others of us are working very hard, is frustrating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager fosters a very open and inclusive environment; I know I can go to her with anything going on and she will help me either look for a solution or just listen when I need her to.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There seem to be a lot of promotions just for the sake of promoting recently and having so many higher level employees and the spending involved in those positions/promotions makes me worried about future layoffs for lower level employees.
