Rewarding and challenging at times. However with the solar market always changing it can be difficult at times knowing how the future will pan out. I'm mostly optimistic as long as I work hard but there are times when you know know if the market will affect my position.

Friendly and willing to share knowledge. They always meet you with a smile and understand what we need to complete as a group.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I work in a field that is making a difference in the world. It's easy to come to work everyday knowing we are making a difference for the future and our children.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
with inflation and constant rent costs going up, it's hard to maintain a healthy work life balance. All my money goes to bills. We should be able to keep up with the growing costs since we are the ones affected by it the most as workers.
