What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Right now our culture in our office is terrible. People are leaving and being cut. We feel threathen wkly and demoralized

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I determine what i make as im 100% commission. I get no benefits yet im held to a high standard as a 1099. They keep cutting our sun hrs and therefore our commissions things just seem to be getting worse..

What are some of the best things about your team?

I like most of the leople i work with. Without them i probably would have left rhis highly stressful job. I work with great men and women who truly care about doing the right thing for the customer. We push each other to keep going in a positive not with constant threats

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Well i can not answer that in 300 words. We need a management team that listens, cares and wants to problem solve instead if gaslight us to begin. We feel like foot soldiers that are easily replaced not a good feeling. It feels like the company is working agaimst us to get our jobs through the pipe

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to listen to people first. Get to know us for who we are and not just our production numbers. The amount of change we have tondeal with on a wk to wk basis is stressful and no one listens to us. Everything is resolved by going out and getting another deal. We feel unvalued and easily repla
