If you asked me the first year I was here i would say it was the best job I've ever had. Now I wonder if I made a mistake of staying as long as I have. everytime a change is rolled out I try to keep a positive attitude. but it just seems like people are making changes to justify their job title.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
while some team members make a point to make make a decent attempt by getting lunch for the office. a lot of the company things seem forced and don't seem to bring the teams together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better leadership Most co-workers struggle with the same issue is when they ask for help they are ignored or disregarded for complaining. They are just trying to help solve problem before escalation but it seems that no one cares until it is escalated.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Soft selling seems to be a problem. Stop encouraging Toxic sales tactics. Stop pushing Install to breaking points. go back to focusing on quality the reorganizing of CXpro's & BES's to basically become Project coordinators and installation coordinators seems like a bad step backwards
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There seems to be no coaching to to help elevate employees. while you can take initiative but that can only go so far when managers are gatekeepers The league store makes it seem like I have to win my uniform. I belong to a team that has been left out of any perks.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop calling themselves leaders. They are toxic bosses who use buzzwords during meetings and then just turn around and say if you don't like it there is the door. I have not seen a a drive for coaching or strive to be better. Just that we should live a gracious life so we aren't upset.
