Sunrun was great however the acquision of Vivint and having their executives run Sunrun loses all my faith in the company. Vivint values entail profits and cash flow than customer satisfaction. The new Sunrun doesn't care about homeowners and employee satisfaction, only if they receive profits.

Everyone is polite and is here to do their job for the most part
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sunrun treats the customers horribly. The operation team doesn't seem to have reasonable logic when it comes to processing caps. They will open a cap and have changes after CAP has been closed with homeowner
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
After the vivint acquisition, the customer service has went downhill. It's not fair to treat customers with 3 month delays on fixing issues such as roof leaks. Some of the current Vivint executives in place seem to only care about profits than customer satisfaction. I feel ashamed to be a rep.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Direct Sunrun consultants are forced to charge at a rate that's 5-10% less in Illinois. Third party and fusion at Sunrun can charge at a rate of .085 kwh with 0 % increase. At times, we are beat out by third party reps. If sunrun was reasonable, they would allow us more flexibility on pricing
