To be paid more for sgr generation, better cost for insurance, definitely a higher wage

paying me my commissions, no matter what happens to my manager - not paying me my earned commissions is highway robbery.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
we are $20,000 more priced than our competitors because of our executive overlords and you have other branches fighting us for the same leads. You dont care about us as workers, you only care about closing the leads and screwing the workers
