I'm very satisfied with my role in this company. I do worry about advancing as most people I know who have advanced have to reapply for their job and worry about being demoted. While this company offers many great benefits, learning opportunities, and growth. Advancing can be daunting.

I have enjoyed working for my company. They provide a great learning environment for employees and a reasonable work load.

The question said it the best. Its the positive attitude that I enjoy most about this company and its environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are are very kind and willing to help answer any questions. They really treat me like I am valuable asset to the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are amazing and everyone once in a while our management team will offer lunch. (for the more stressful days :)) It is nice to know they care about us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support for each person to grow and learn together. Most companies seem to offer a way to completive environment that makes it hard to work with others. But Sunrun offers allot of opportunities to learn and support their customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super outgoing and always works together to make sure our customers are takin care of. The communication is wonderful. They work in a very timely manner. And as a plus on a personal level my team is very kind and supportive of enjoying life outside of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting a raise would be nice. I have worked very hard to learn many skill sets and have been willing to be whatever my team needs at the moment even to go as far as helping others with there jobs. It would be nice to be paid for the work I have completed and contributed to sunrun.
