Sunrun is making a positive difference in the world. It has its organizational problems and I hope we can improve for ourselves and our customers. I'm worried we've promoted way too many people from within that aren't competent in their role and are perpetuating a sales first focus.

Being able to be a part of hiring and growing our team and successfully tackling difficult decisions. I'm having a lot of fun and growing as I work hard with my team.

Leadership team does care about the people here and has perpetuated a family friendly and balanced workplace. Our people work harder because of this.

Clear objectives that the whole company can wrap their arms around. Allocation of resources to all the right places such as tech and sf developers to improve operations tools.
