Honestly I believe what the CEO and team are working to do with customer obsession. However I do not necessarily feel in our department beyond the supervisor does the leadership have the vision. We are customers to them and honestly every interaction feels like it is all about them & their ego
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am continually challenged and am excited when I am able to support in getting customers to PTO. I enjoy the fact that everyday is different in what needs to be done. I do feel some supervisors take advantage of unlimited time off while the rest work hard to earn even a full day off.
