Sunrun was great but it has since turned in a new direction that is less valuable as a sales person. Low quality leads with very minimal backend support to get jobs to installation and to get paid.

Great team who get a long really well with similar interests.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do not have a culture or environment at inside sales.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sales team is highly undervalued and not paid as well as other sales jobs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leads are getting few and far between. The leads that do come in are coming in from low quality sources that lie to customers. Once they learn the truth they do not want to work with us.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think my direct manager does a good job of treating me as a person but at the end of the day we are all just a number. This job punishes you for taking time off. If you take time off and miss the standard you still get written up. To me this job is way too numbers focused.
