It's not a bad place to work. It's need improving some processes for those in the trenches to succeed. They need more nurturing of employees willing to advance without fear of losing their job. Middle management is let go too often leaving people scared to advance for fear of losing his/her job.

We work together to solve the messes created by the lack of executive processing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training - clear and concise processes. Accountability for cracks or holes in the process that lead to stagnate accounts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better opportunities to advance within the company. Higher priority given to internal employees. ALL internal applicants should at least be contacted by the recruiter and not just left under review for months without explanation. There should be a team or department for job advancement or counseling
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
New homes needs to change its processes. New Homes needs to do away with PPA's. It doesn't work. If they were all cash purchases by the builder, PTO would be established and systems working before the customer moved in. Sunrun's image would be better and eliminate Unresponsive Customers.
