I'm most happy when I've been asked to help improve a Branch level Ops process that isn't performing optimally.

Consistently encourage work-life balance, even when benchmark goals are raised. Personal well being is prioritized in a professional, yet genuine way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Majority of the colleagues I've worked with on a team are constantly improving, care about the customer experience and each other , polite, and quick to teach/help/support when needed.
