What makes you most happy at work?
I love sales. I would sell anything, I just believe in solar and Sunrun
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All leaders have earned their position through action rather than politics. It is easy to follow them because they were all in my shoes at one point.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commissions are high enough to motivate me to work every day and the additional stock incentives are extremely inspiring and push me to hit targets every quarter.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all one team and there is an equal playing field so the entire team is able to support each other without feeling like it's jeopardizing their pay, etc
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team feels like a friendship first, coworkers second. However, there is always some dead weight in the office which lower my overall rating of my coworkers but that is the nature of sales.
