Change is constant & sometimes exhausting. I desire more opportunities for mentorship building outside of ERGs. I desire my executive leadership to be present in national calls on a quarterly basis. Two days for sick leave & 2 days for mental health should be given on a yearly basis in our PTO bank.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
There are annual large changes to the company, but there are quarterly changes as well. The ability to move to different departments or specialize in skills is limited depending on your department. I wish more jobs were adapted to remote work and there were more opportunities for positions.

The culture, curiosity, and hunger.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More training for the own it mentality of how to find and use resources.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive building of an organization is now supported with more frequent training. But I wish there were more organized resources and options for continued learning.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happiest at work when I am closing tasks, clearing my dashboard, have no texts or outstanding calls from customers and all emails in my inbox are zeroed out for the day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't know them. I am in the trenches as they are at a lofty office so far away from me. There are intense goals that are set during the restructuring of the company after we just did that during the Vivant merger. Change is great, but the overall vision is not shared about what the end goal is.
