This company and my job along with some key people, specifically managers changed my life when it was the darkest ive ever experienced. Inspiration, motivation and compassion proved to me that this is the right company for me to call home and career
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
thank god the pay is decent for the amount of stress we deal with. We drop the ball or let customers fall through the cracks but yet we have time and money for lavish trips around the world so the same people can go year after year. Job security is a pipedream

Breaking personal goals and watching that on the trackers

Take care of the customer, try to make it easier for the employees

constant commission changes as we get paid less because others are making too much

I can reach out for support any time I need and enjoy some fun conversations. Getting to know people makes it easier to work at home and helps to keep things feeling like normal
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Its chaos in any given day. Software or hardware issues that make my job harder but the expectations of my production never change and I will be held accountable. Take care of customers then the reward of financial gain. not take the money and forget about the customer.
