I love the variety in my job and the fact that I can work from home where I can be more productive and free of interruptions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the starting pay for the positions I've held are low and not comparable to my level of experience and what I'm bringing to my position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is really fun and collaborative. I appreciate the support and I never hesitate to ask questions because everyone has their own base of knowledge and they're always happy to assist.
