Sunrun changes its business structure very often. They are constantly changing things. Change can be good but can also bring a lot of fear to their employees knowing that you might get let go if a department gets discontinued or reduced. I've been here since September and there's been 2 mass firings
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work remotely but I feel like we are all connected as if we are working in person.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do feel like I am paid fairly for the job I am paid to do however I do feel like with more workload needs to bring more pay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our leadership team is constantly in meetings. I feel like they can never be fully engaged because they're in multiple meetings at once or they have to leave a meeting/1-on-1 because they have to run to another meeting. It doesn't feel like they have time for their employees.
