Overall, the dynamic of the team, supervisors, and coworkers is fantastic. Most everyone is very involved and it feels like a level playing field. Benefits are good for the most part and the access to help and liveliness of working remote is amazing.

How tight nit and involved everyone is. The weekly meetings and being able to have many points of contact when needing assistance and everyone always being open to share/answer questions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of benefits and options especially the stock options and health insurance even though it is a bit pricey, there are great options and coverage. PTO is fair, not an excellent or bad accrual rate.
