SHort so far. Still learning all the ropes and did move to a different geographic location so new again. But in old location, huge changes in management right at onboarding left me feeling very uncertain of the future at the company. Since moving to a new team, things feel much more secure.

Getting to see different scenery and neighborhoods, knowing that my efforts create my success AKA I'm in control of my destiny.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Act like we're a team, or give a care. More team bonding or activities where we practice objection handling, or have an employee go over what's working well for them.
