I love sunrun and I'm gratteful for the oppurtunity to be a part of it. I do think there is alot of improvement that needs to be made but I do believe well eventually get there once we stop restructuring every year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone works well with each other and genuinely cares about each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have the bonus structure be more lucrative and add a part of it to be based on the profitability of our dept/branch.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very capable and hardworking. They are also just great people to spend 50 hours a week with. The people are the best part of the job.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love finding new ways to improve the business and make our lives easier. I like showing the crews appreciation and do my best to make them enjoy working here.
