Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It has been enlightening, I have understood my pitfalls and stregnths and supported on how to improve. However, the doors of opportunity are slim and the company engages more in buracracy than actual actions that work. It's an interesting hypocrisy.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leaderships intentions are in the right direction.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The willingness to help one another

What are some of the best things about your team?

We help one another, provide best practices, perform lessons learned, and understand we are a team with strengths and weaknesses.

What makes you most happy at work?

Making a meaninful impact in the progression of a project and fixing project/process issues with innovation and techniques where able

What are some of the best things about your team?

The best thing about my team is that they are supportive and will drop eveyrthing to help one another both in the professional workspace and private life.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What would make me feel better is increased compensation, concrete markers for promotion (without constant changes to the promotion KPI's), leaderships willingness to forfiet some privlages/compensation to show they are committed to employess success and the success of the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

That my manager is a people's person and a true leader. He is open to growth and learning to improve himself and the team. This, in my opinion isn't something you can teach, but one has to want and thus actions into existence.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Having a meanful conversation with those closest to the work to understand the pinch points and where to apply resource/help. Really understand what it means to be in the shoes of the lower teired/paid workers and how their goals align with the companys.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Absolutely I feel undervalued. My role's pay is hinder/spurred by the ability of other's to do their job effectively & quickly. It is obvious that the company values profits over people. However to increase productivity pay the one's carrying a lot of weight due compensation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

300 characters are not enough to describe what is wrong. In short, leadership is disconnected from reality (what needs to be done to fix), communicate internally is a disaster, and accountability is non-existent in all ranks. To fix, it hear-out the workers CLOSEST TO THE WORK.
