It's been a blessing to work with the people I work with.I have learned alot about the solar industry along with alot about myself.But communications with the hire ups and the construction side needs to be addressed more.Our branch is suffering because the lack out it.

Nothing. There is no clear communication or proper preparation with the construction side.

We all can put our personal life's aside and carry out our jobs

At the Palmdale CA branch Everybody From the EM to the installers are willing to give each other 110% of our effort to support our fellow installers.
