Sunrun is by far the best company I have every worked for. I worked for some great and very well known companies. There are ofcourse still things that can improve, especially the Sales and CRM Software, it is a S$##show. If we ever get the software to work properly then Sunrun will be unbeatable
I love working at Sunrun. Overall Sunrun does a good job but there are a few executive decisions that are holding us back, like using Remi roofing for our roofing SOW. They are regularly pricing us out of a contract. Customers feel we charge way too much for roofing work and I agree. We lose work
The common goal of the team, the comradery
we adapt quickly without much fuss
I get paid for performance
The Employee stock purchase plan
When I get recognition for a job well done
We work together, help each other, have a common goal
Most people want you to succeed and will help you succeed.
When things are stable and we make good progress towards our goal.
Uncertainties, too many changes. I feel that what I have can be taken away at any time.
We work together towards a common goal. I wish there was better connections/communications between sales and operations though
I like that Mary is super focussed on the customer experience and second the employee experience/ They are interconnected
We work together well towards a common goal. We adjust quickly to the many changes executives throw at us
When we make things work smoothly or solve a problem for a customer and get a positive outcome for all
They try to get better and seems to be invested in that. They still come up short. They need to listen to their employees more.
Stop messing with comp plans, fleet plans and territory changes. When you mess with that, the future is uncertain and people start looking elsewhere. There are already plenty of uncertainties that the company has the navigate that are uncontrollable, let's not add any more.
