For the most part it has been pretty positive. Lately I cannot see the vision of what executive leadership is trying to achieve.

The welcoming environment in our warehouse.

The collaboration. We can also find answers within our team and learn new best practices from each other.

We can all be honest with each other and are not afraid to speak the truth within our team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and understanding the work. We are constantly tasked with items that do not take into consideration of what our department does.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After talking to other managers, I find that I am underpaid. I also don't understand how a manager makes less than his employees.
