I love working both for Sunrun and at SnapNrack. I have an excellent team that pushes me to be better and lets me grow at my own pace which is something I have not had at any other job I have ever worked at.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work on different projects and problem solve in different areas keeps me invested and excited about work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is very friendly and we share a lot of common interests so getting along with them is quite easy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork and assisting each other is highly regarded which is lead to a better work atmosphere and not feeling unheard or alone especially when working from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give a ton of room to grow and to problem solve which is what I enjoy best. I am always given new opportunities within my job scope to prove myself and my team works very well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that I was paid fairly upon getting hired but I have since moved to another city with a much higher cost of living and I believe that I should be equally compensated to reflect where I live.
