Fast paced at the ground level and plenty of autonomy. Plenty of chances to set yourself apart and grow, but once in leadership there is so much bureaucratic red tape that it creates incessant bottlenecks. Despite that Sunrun does a great job of providing merit based advancements and pay structures.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued in a compensation context. I feel undervalued in a policy context. Whenever I ask questions about why Sunrun won't move into different utilities it always gets pushed downstream, and no progress is ever made. Local nuances don't seem to be taken into account.
