Overall it has been positive. I think training needs to be adjusted just a bit to account for outside hires, and especially ensuring veteran employees maintain a positive tone and attitude when coaching. Other than that I've been content with my experience thus far.

I like the emphasis on work life balance and team spirit

The PPO insurance is affordable and covers a lot. I like the variety of options and ease of choosing benefits
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of my coworkers can be condescending when providing guidance to new team members. I'm 100% in favor of constructive feedback, but the tone and approach need improvement
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership seems invested in the employee experience & work life balance, and helping their people progress and improve when issues/obstacles arrive instead of just moving immediately to disciplinary action
