It's been great. Leadership is good and my colleagues are great. It's a great place to establish a long term career. Been with the organization for half a decade and I've grown with them.

The people team does these awesome virtual events so that we can interact more with our coworkers and get to know eachother better, builds relationships.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that my job has a purpose. Helping people find a career and work, especially in an unsteady market. I love being able to help change their lives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the interest rates rising and California being such an expensive state, our yearly ACRs are not catching up with the continuous inflation and interest rate hikes that we've seen since Covid. We've had one of our highest inflation rates last year at 9.1% and this year with a 4.9%...
