What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Love the volunteer time budgeted for all, team get togethers. Whenever there is an environmental focus at meetings I get very excited and proud to work for Sunrun. Love the teamwork spirit.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lying to customers and lack of integrity is not discouraged by certain management if done by CEAs with high sales. I know people have been warned, but this practice continues. If anything drives me out of the company, it is this one thing.
