Company is great to work, pays well and has an amazing work/life balance. Biggest issue is that it reorganizes far too often. My job, or the jobs of friends departments (Outside of sales), have not felt secure at almost any point of working here.

Typically people are in good spirits when working through issues, and positive in reaching the best outcome

Working with my close crew and having the numbers in a good spot, showing that we work together well and do things intelligently
