I've had a good experience so far. Sometimes things feel a bit disorganized and there is so much change that a lot of times you feel insecure in your postion.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great, we work well together, and everyone helps everyone. Design as a whole seems disconnected.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like they are downsizing teams and giving more work without paying us for doing another persons work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my direct manager is great, but the people above them doesnt really know whats going on and roll things out without talking to the teams it will affect so there are always a ton of problems.
