Its good but they uooer management makes a lot of empty promises. Ive fought with upper management over prooises they've made me since i started working here

My foreman is a great leader and teacher. Hes taught me to be a foreman myself
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Realizing that every house is different and may require some adjustment. Cutting over time ans placing an over worked quota causes people to cut corners and quality of work declines. Especially in a work environment where everyone is seen as expendable.
