My experience with Sunrun has been good. Like in other jobs I've always been a hardworker and given the best for the company. This company has given my the opportunity to grow and get more experience and that's something I appreciate.

I've been in a roof installer for 7 years and I enjoy doing the job.

One thing that I enjoy is that most of my co workers are Spanish speaking like me.

My supervisor Martin always goes above and beyond to let us know that he's always available to answer questions.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel that they need to get people who enjoy doing the job instead of complaining about everything. I put 100 percent on my work and I expect that my co workers do the same.
