Sunrun has provided me and my family a life I did not think was achievable for myself. I have moved up in the 8 years here and owe my success to those who gave me the shot to be my best. Not always stoked on the choices it makes but i have survived the changes thus far. Thanks sunrun for everything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Safety really its been needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they finally have drawn a line with safety and are out there actually checking it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing what others think we cant. Im very competitive and take everything as a challenge. The fact I get to problem solve every day makes my mind happy as I get board doing the same every day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are hands down are some of the best at sunrun. The knowledge we share and the willingness to face anything thrown at us even on a loosing hand and we still find a way to succeed expectations most every time. We truly are here for each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont feel undervalued but just undercompensated. With all the changes, I have been asked to take more on, all while not even getting a mention on a raise. The amount that I am asked to do is now triple. Its hard to know that some of my direct reports make more than me when all the pressure is mine
