My overall experience with this company has been great i feel like everything was done correctly in training and my managers are awesome but the team im on i feel like is not the best the other dispatcher is no communicative or willing to show me how to do certain things

I like how they are making sure we know what's going on

I feel like management is always positive and helpful and they make me feel heard
What makes you most happy at work?
when everything is going smoothly schedule is good no complaints' in the chat's so i can focus on psa and the scheduled also with scheduling chats
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more pay its hard getting all of this done for one person scheduling psa chats always trying to fill the scheduled with some cx who doesn't want to be home or answer the phone
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
just need to call and communicate with the cx also with coworkers im not sure whats going on or cant help if i don't know what the situation is also don't try and blame people without having the right info make sure to look at who scheduled it
